Expect our pea seeds to produce green, healthy trays which are as resistant to mold growth as possible.
Usually about 2 cups (0.8lb) of seed are needed for a 10×20″ tray, but this can vary slightly.
So 5 lbs of seed should produce about 6-7 trays. Each tray should yield about 1.5 lbs of greens after about 12 days of growth.
