Expect our wheat seeds to produce thick, green, healthy wheatgrass trays which are as resistant to mold growth as possible.
Usually about 2 cups (0.7lb) of seed are needed for a 10×20″ tray, but this can vary slightly.
So 5 lbs of seed should produce about 7 wheatgrass trays.
