Orders must be placed the morning of the business day prior to my assigned delivery day (once per week)

Orders must meet a $40 minimum + $4 delivery fee

I understand that fresh greens, including live trays, must be refrigerated at 35-38°F to have a shelf-life of 1-2 weeks. Live trays should be watered when dry.

I agree to return plastic black trays to Perfect Foods on the next delivery when ordering live trays.
