What makes it so special?
This is not your average juice cleanse. It’s way better than any bottled juice from the grocery store that has been pastuerized or HPP’d. This is arguably better even than fresh juice from a local juice bar!
Our juice cleanse is for a deeper healing and detoxing than any other juices on the market. It is powered by the organic superfoods, Wheatgrass + Microgreens, grown on our farm. We juice it and quickly freeze it in small batches to lock in maximum vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants and vital nutrients.
What’s included?
- (2) Perfect Juices 15.5 fl oz (microgreens + cucumber & celery)
- (1) Brite Juice 15.5 fl oz (microgreens + cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, & lemon)
- (4) Frozen Wheatgrass Shots 1 fl oz
We recommend drinking it on a schedule like the example below. Thaw out large juices in the fridge overnight, or in a bowl of hot tap water about 30 minutes before you want to drink it. Also thaw wheatgras shots in a bowl of hot tap water 5 minutes before you want to drink it.
Example Schedule – 1 Day:
- 7:00 am (2) Wheatgrass Shots – on an empty stomach first thing.
- 8:30 am (1) Perfect Juice – Breakfast
- 11:30 am (1) Brite Juice – Lunch
- 2:00 pm (2) Wheatgrass Shots – on an empty stomach between lunch and dinner – energy pick me up. Curbs cravings.
- 5:30 pm (1) Perfect Juice – Dinner.
Additional notes:
Drink 1/2 your body weight in oz of water through out the day. Rest, don’t have high work out days. Go to sleep early. Hot tea is allowed.

How many days should I get?
We recommend doing this cleanse for 2–3 days for the most noticeable results.
- 1 day → a gentle reset, great if you’re new – recommended to do once a week.
- 2–3 days → deeper digestion support, inflammation reduction, and weight release – recommended to do 4 times a year.
Most people feel the biggest shift on day 2 or 3 — lighter, clearer, and more energized.
Do I drink just juice?
Yes. Juicing cleansing is a powerful tool and recommend whether you just need a reset or you have a more serious health concern. You surprisingly feel satisfied so don’t worry!
Optional Dinner Salad
If you truly find yourself hungry you can optionally make a dinner microgreens salad at the end of day 2 or 3. It won’t disrupt the cleanse much and will give you the crunch you’re looking for. Just add sunflower and/or pea microgreens for the base of your salad. Try some seed crackers for croutons. Add other veggies you like and use a simple dressing like oil + vinegar.
